Lead and contact forms. When you send us a message, request a seller consultation, or ask about a listing or rental, we collect your name, the contact details you provide (email and/or phone), any property address you include, your message, the page you submitted the form from, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) on the link that brought you to the site.

Rental applications. Our online rental application collects the information needed to review your application: applicant and co-applicant names and contact details, date of birth, marital status, current and previous residence with landlord references, employment and income, emergency contact, personal references, pets, standard disclosure questions, how you heard about us, and your typed signature and consent. For every other person who will live in the home, we collect their name, date of birth, sex, and relationship to you. We never ask for your Social Security number or driver's license number online. Any verification that requires sensitive identifiers happens directly with our office, never through this website.

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to Home Team Highlights, we collect the name and email address you enter and the page you subscribed from. You can unsubscribe from any issue.

Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location, and the type of device you use. We also record when a form is successfully submitted. That record contains no name, email address, phone number or anything else you typed. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share this information for advertising. You can opt out with Google's browser opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser; nothing on this site stops working if you do.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to review and process rental applications, to send Home Team Highlights if you asked for it, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. That is the whole list. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to the reason you shared it.

Your information is seen by The HOME TEAM Properties team. We never sell your data. We use service providers to host this website, deliver our email, protect our forms from spam and bots, and measure how the site is used. They handle information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service, and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Lead and contact submissions are kept while your inquiry is active and until it is resolved. Rental applications are deleted within 12 months of a decision on the application.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email assistant.hometeam@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
